Northbrook Insurance Associates Inc. is looking for an energetic individual to work with in our fast paced insurance office.  This is a family owned and operated business established in 1978.  Northbrook is committed to our marketing strategy including email marketing and local branding on social media platforms.  We’ve adopted the “Think Local. We Do.” attitude and have become very involved in our community.   The agency is growing and we’re looking for another motivated individual to join our team!

Requirements:

A qualified candidate would possess;

  • Awesome Positive Attitude 

  • Current Property and Casualty Insurance License

The goal:

To serve and grow the book of business by supporting our sales team in the pursuit of new business and to provide exceptional service to the existing customers.  The focus would be on maintaining a high retention ratio of current clients as well as using the management system according to agency standards.

Position Description:

This position would be working with multi lined accounts including daily servicing of customer requests, reviewing policy coverage annually, and making recommendations.  Other possible responsibilities would be issuing certificates, processing audits, renewals and endorsements; as well as potential claims reporting and any other service issues that arise.

Salary is commensurate with experience.  Broad benefit package is available.
